오늘 드디어 처음으로 베이글들을 만들려고 시도했어요. 저는 항상 그것들이 만들기 매우 어려울 것이라고 생각했

지만, 놀랍게도 쉬웠어요. 그리고 그들은 훌륭하게 되었어요! 다음에 변화를 줄지 모르지만, 저는 그 모양과 맛에 매우 만족해요. 이것들은 몬트리올 스타일의 베이글인데, 꿀로 만들기 때문에 뉴욕 스타일의 베이글보다 조금 더 달아요. 나는 신선한 딜맛 크림치즈도 만들었어요. 너무 맛있었어요!🥯🥯🥯😋🥰🤤

Today, I finally attempted to make bagels for the first time. I always thought they would be very difficult to make, but it was surprisingly easy! And they turned out great. I might make some changes next time, but I’m very happy with how they look and taste. These are Montreal-style bagels, which are a little sweeter than New York-style bagels because they are made with honey. I made some fresh dill flavored cream cheese too. So yummy! 🥯🥯🥯😋🥰🤤

    @Youngje Dill is kind of like a fresh, citrus, and grassy flavour. I’ve only started seeing it recently in Korean shops, but it’s great in cream cheese or on fish. Love it on grilled salmon. 🤤
