I had my second Covid vaccine dose
on Saturday. After the second

dose, it’s recommended to drink plenty of water
for a couple of days and to take an
over-the-counter pain reliever if needed.
I only had mild body aches for one day. I hope the vaccination will be available to everyone. 🌈🌍💕

    Congratulations. I had both of mine as well. I did have a period of feeling a bit unwell but it didn’t last long.

    @Beth Yeah, I maybe a lucky person. I’m working for my father’s clinic so I could have it as priority. I didn’t have serious side effects, but I took some prescribed pain reliever. They sure worked 😊

    @rimi Did you used the prescribed painkillers? The over-the-counter pain reliever worked fine with me. You’re lucky to have been vaccinated. Yesterday, I heard on the news that Japan is going through 4th wave of the coronavirus and only 1% of the population were vaccinated. Stay safe 🍀

Good luck to you as well. 🙏🍀 I wanted the one dose J&J (needles 🥺) and I had an appointment for it, but it was placed on pause due to blood clotting issues. My family encouraged me to get the two dose vaccine which I did... I was a big girl. 😆

    Ohayoo,Beth🌼 Thank you for telling me that! I am happy. But as you know, Japan is slow🐌 Not even the elderly yet. The situation here is getting worse, so everyone wants it.🍀

    I will have my second one on 5/22/21. My doctor prescribed painkillers last time. I also hope everyone can get the Covid-19 vaccine and it works.

    @YASU I consumed water with electrolytes. 👍 As soon as I felt body aches, I took Advil and it was helpful and I felt better. Everyone reacts to the vaccination differently. Good luck with the second dose. 😊🍀

    Ah, that’s awesome. Congrats on getting both of your shots. My mother felt slightly lightheaded after getting her first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine. She also had some body ache and just wanted to nap a little. She has booked for her 2nd dose. I was also contacted to get my first dose. ☺️

    Good!! I am happy you had mild body aches. When my boss got a second one, she kept feeling dizzy for a while. But she was okay. Fortunately, it is not that difficult to get the vaccine in NJ and NY now
