    @jayryu Yes, exactly. Each day is a precious gift. Even our past obstacles and negative experiences are an important part of our story. Just don’t waste too much energy or time dwelling on that same past. It can only serve to hold us back. Not moving forward, so being present, in the here and now, is the remedy for any past angst...at least for me.
