ita took me 5 attempts fiddling with heat setting and timings

but I'm finally happy with my Japanese souffle pancakes and the rise they have. here are my perfected attempt I dont think I can do better. I'm English wanting to learn Japanese let's exchange languages and cultures and learn together.
