Native English speakers do not always use complete sentences

when speaking (i.e., “There yet?” instead of “Are you there yet?“).

Sometimes the sounds of multiple words blend together to sound like a single word.

For example:

– I’m “gonna go” instead of “I am going to go”

– “I’ll see-ya-round” instead of “I will see you around”

– “Gotcha” instead of “I got you” (meaning “I understand”)
