Ryan’s Word Of The Day: Rant (verb/noun)

Meaning: Complain/talk

excessively and wildly

Example (1): “When I first started teaching 5/6 years ago I used to rant on subjects that I was passionate about such as psychology, morals, equality, sports and politics. Now I’ve managed to tone it down as it wasn’t the right way to teach.”

Example (2): “I think more often than not it’s good to have strong opinions and personal views on issues, just don’t let them turn into a rant.”

Can't imagine u ranting in the class. Thats good to know. I'd love to hear u ranting theses topics here n' that would be so much interesting. I'm of the same opinion on the second example. As long as keeping an open mind, it's good to have strong personal opinions. Night night!
