Ok, so today for lunch I wanted to make some chicken. I took out some breasts and couldn't make up my mind if I wanted a garlic soya marinade or a garlic oregano. So I decided to make both. The first batch is crushed garlic, soya, sugar and lemon, with the chicken baked. the second is garlic powder, with a mix of oregano, parsley and thyme.
I then took a 12-grain sourdough bread, toasted it, added spinach, aged cheddar, bacon mayo, spicy mustard and the soya chicken. I also had a nice tea of Jasmine and Roobios to go with it.
Who says eating healthy cannot be very tasty? lol
