My trip to Japan is almost over. I’ll leave this evening. I
had a wonderful time and wish I could stay longer! Later, I’ll try to post more pics of the places I visited.Something weird happened a couple of days ago. I went to a bilingual event (though the event isn’t related to language learning). They had agendas of the event in English and in Japanese. When I signed in, the Japanese lady at the reception area tried to hand me the one in English. I think I said “日本語がいい” or something like that. The event had already started in the same room we were in, so there wasn’t really time for a long conversation. I then picked up the agenda written in Japanese. And, after that, the lady said, “I think you need this one” and tried to hand me the English agenda again😳😳😳 Really???? Did she really think I didn’t know if I needed the English one or the Japanese one? Really???????
