Tonight I cooked Beef Stroganoff. ☺👍

I think it turned out well

.🌟The sauce was creamy and light. The meat was tender, succulent and melt in the mouth. Although working with an expensive cut of meat (scotch fillet) means most of the work is already done. 🍖💛

If you haven't tried making Beef Stroganoff before, I suggest you make this meal. 😊 There's many recipes that you can find easily by searching online. I will be surprised if you aren't happy with this meal.👍
