I usually post Moments , in simple Japanese, of food and everyday

British life. At this of year when we often have lots of food , drink and presents I thought I would post a simple, old prayer.

Open your ears to the wisdom of the angels
Open your heart to grace and love
Open your hands and give help and justice.

Merry Christmas to everyone.
