ピザでもいけるかなと思って
これを作りました。

今日さぁ
日本人の友達の会話で
オーブンの話をした
私のご両親のオーブンと五口コンロにめっちゃ感心した
確かに、日本にあんまり無いよね、こういうの。
便利ですよ。
「サンデーローストできない家は寂しい」と思ってた、私。

I had pizza and sake for dinner today.

Pear and blue cheese is kind of a classic combination here, so I figured it might go well on a pizza.


This is rather tangential but,
Today,
While talking with my Japanese friend,
the topic of ovens came up.

She seemed very impressed by my parents oven and 5 burner gas hob.
This kind of thing really isn’t common in Japan, is it?
It’s super convenient.
“A home where you can’t make a Sunday roast is a little bit sad” is what I thought at the time.
