Tonight i made ground beef Thai green curry. Every time i make

it, it's a little different and depends on what fresh ingredients I have. Today was a little simple and i think i needed more vegetables like eggplant or something. what other vegetables do you like with Thai curry?

    @SweetGrace first time? Its my favorite Thai dish. Green chicken curry is the best but i didn't have any chicken 😕

    @Emiko me too. I love bamboo shoots. And sliced water chestnuts. It all just depends on what ingredients i have on hand. Unfortunately my ingredients were lacking 😪
