Apple sauce is incredibly easy to make and you can make it anyway you like. As you see I used maple syrup, nutmeg, cinnamon and (organic) cane sugar. Normally I use brown sugar because it compliments the nutmeg, cinnamon and maple syrup more but I didn't have any on me and felt too lazy to run and get it.
For the pancakes I used a chocolate vegan protein powder, with flour, organic cane sugar and some baking soda, all natural cashew milk. Sorry that I didn't post all those ingredients but next time perhaps.
