Are Japanese people put off, or discouraged to speak with someone

who doesn't know much Japanese yet?

I myself am a total beginner at Japanese. I know very little. I'm at the level of a baby. I really want to learn! 😥

please don't care of stupid people, you should think positive.im now native of japanese!but i couldn't speak japanese ,when i was baby.so every people is common!don't be ashame,don't be ｓｈｙ.you should proud of yourself.because you are challenger of learning japanese.thank you for loving japan.god bless you !
