I Gotta Go Pee!
There are so many words to use to describe this

special action. But what are the English words or phrases that native speakers use to describe this?
Of course, scientifically it’s known as “urination”. However, not many people, say, “Hey, I need to urinate.” It sounds too formal!
In America, we commonly try to avoid, as much as possible, any comments or discussion of these physical needs. In a public setting, I usually prefer to avoid saying anything. I just go when I have the opportunity. In a social setting like a dinner party, I often just say 'Excuse me', and get up and go to the bathroom. If you need to ask someone where the bathroom is, you can politely say; “excuse me, could you please tell me where the restroom/bathroom/mens room or ladies room is?”
Here are a few words/phrases that you can use to describe this urge:
Pee
Pee Pee
Pee Like a Race Horse
Pee Like a Raging Fire Hose
Piss
Wee
Wee Wee
Have to Take a Wizz
Gotta Tinkle
Take a Leak
Go Number One (number two is poopoo)
My Bladder is Full
My Eyes are Turning Yellow
My Back Teeth Are Floating
Drain the Main Vein(male)
Drain the Lizard(male)

There are some other phrases we use that are not limited to just pee, such as:
Relieve Yourself
Use the John
Use the Head
Go Potty
Mens room
Ladies room

Can you add any others to my list?
