everytime I try to reset my webtoon password it doesn't work

... it keeps highlighting it red but I've tried so many different options
anybody else have this problem ?

    There are probably some rules to make new passwords. Usually, It have to be more than 8 characters. Have to use at least one symbols such as #%$ but there are some symbols cannot be used. At least one capital letter.
