I love asian cuisine, and I also love cooking new foods! Today

I tried making Dorayaki! It also happened to be my first time making pancakes. After many visits to the Asian market, I realized that I really love red bean paste!

    Red beans are familiar to many countries, but sweeten ones are only used in east asia. and I really love it too. it goes nice with icecream or maccha.
