I just brought myself a lot of work home. I started my gardening for the season. It is late, but it was a chilly May and then we went on our road trip. Most of the plants I got were on sale. I still spent more money than had planned. Now I will have to pot them and I also have work to add mulch and cut some branches of the bushes as it is getting overgrown. It is just for myself and my daughter, as I don't get any visitors.

The lilacs are blooming nicely, there are three different colors!

I am planning on going hiking tomorrow, hopefully I can get up early and get to the trailhead before the crowds arrive...🌞
