is delicious.

I am in Istanbul right now and shared a künefe with my sister. It’s a Middle Eastern dessert with a special cheese inside that complements and balances out the sweet outer layer. The cheese inside the künefe that I ate today was from the Hatay region of Turkey- a place that every Turkish food lover should visit.
