かきの旬みたい！たくさんのお店のメニューに出てる。この前、いっぱい食べれた：カキフライ、焼きガキ (塩レモンとおろしポン酢)。味噌汁にも大きい牡蠣が入ってた 🙏 色々な作り方を食べ比べるのが楽しい 🐷 生牡蠣を注文しちゃったら、食べ比べるのが完成になっただろう 😆
It seems oysters are in season! It's on many restaurant menus.
I was able to eat a lot of oysters the other day: fried oysters, grilled oysters (salt and lemon, and grated daikon with ponzu). There was even a big oyster in the miso soup 🙏
It's fun tasting and comparing different cooking methods. 🐷 The tasting would've been complete if I ordered raw oysters. 😆
