Is it just me or when people speak to you in Spanish it feels

like they’re trying to speak extra fast just to mess with you 😂

    En realidad creo que estamos acostumbrados a hablar mucho más rápido. Los brasileños pensé que hablaban mucho más rápido, pero en realidad son los hispanohablantes

    @Nicholas I think it was the 7th month mark before I could actually have a conversation. It’s my 13th month and I feel like I understand most of it. Not every single word but I know what they’re saying. I’m just working on responding properly and in a more complex way.

    @ana most of the time I think they’re speaking at a normal rate of speed but others just speak 1000 words a minute
