Is it cheaper to eat out or cook food at home in your country

? In America, it is definitely cheaper to make food at home. It is hard to find affordable, healthy food in restaurants, so people who don't want to go through the trouble of cooking, resort to eating fast food.

I think eat out is safe for me. Thai menus use many types of ingredient, but each ones are little. If I look for all them(100Bath), I can't cook. อาหารตามสั่ง 30-50 each dishes
