@Beth Hi, Beth😊🌺🌱I've not tried apples of foreign growth🍎I know I can buy pink lady from an apple farm in Nagano prefecture. We will be able to buy them in February. I'm happy to know pink lady compliments apple pie🍎We also have 紅玉(こうぎょく), which also compliments apple pie, but we can rarely get them. I will try pink lady and gala when I have a chance😋Your applesauce sounds delicious🥰💗Thank you for teaching🍎🍏

@Marine You cannot buy pink lady until February...really? I like Granny Smith and McIntosh apples to make applesauce. I add fresh lemon juice🍋, light brown sugar and cinnamon. 🥰🤤
