    Hahahaa, being a good cook is one thing. Opening a restaurant, at least in the USA is entirely different. I wish you a tremendous amount of luck in your endeavors. The restaurant industry here has a failure rate that makes even the bravest pause , just because of all the regulation codes and inspections you must constantly meet, or be shut down
