今日の午後にバーベキューでいっぱい肉を焼いた 
 This afternoon I made a lot of meat on
 the barbecue  肉祭りみたい🤣
It looks like a meat festival
木炭で焼いたので、全てが2時間半ぐらいかかった
Since I grilled it using charcoal, in all it took about 2 and a half hours
でも、夏の週末に良い時間を使う事と思う
But I think it’s a nice way to pass time on the summer weekend
鶏肉と豚肉のリブが燻製で同じ時で焼いた
I cooked and smoked the chicken and pork ribs together.
その後に鹿の丸ステーキを焼いた🥩🦌
After that I grilled the deer round steaks.
ちなみに、鹿の肉の匂いを消されるのために自分の作ったソースに8時間ぐらいで入れた
By the way, in order to get rid of the deer meat’s smell I put it into some sauce I made for about 8 hours.
