Today I baked chicken legs, seasoned with spices, garlic and the broth is made with tomato, spiced chicken broth, broccoli, onion, mushroom and garlic paste. I also added vegetable soup mix and gravy mix to thicken and add flavour.
Preparing the whole thing is so easy, and then you pop it into the oven for two and a half hours at 350 degrees with stirring it at the half way point.
You can eat it as is, over rice or noodles, or on top of potato. Today I made noodles and enjoyed medium thick noodles as well.
