American-style sausage, mushroom, and cheddar cheese omelette

. Strawberries are from my garden. Side note - it’s not so common to have baby turnips with an omelette but they looked tasty so I fried them up! ☺️

@Karen That's soooo kind of you to say! I'm sure your omlette is worth about 1500USD of flight from Japan to the US!hehe By the way, I used to live in IL for 2years of studying abroad! I think Indiana is a lovely place to live!😊

@Karen I never forget the time when I drove down the highway from IL to NY. Passing Indianapolis made me feel excited to go to NY on the eastbound, and made me feel like I'm coming back home on the westbound! I admit that Indiana is not the fanciest state, yet the most at home kind of state in my oppinion!
