So today one of my friends saw my post about maple BBQ salmon

.... and his wife said to him "he makes it for his kids and you never make anything like that for me"...

So I went out and got some for him and the salmon is "resting" in my fridge. it may accidentally find its way to his home tomorrow evening lol

    @Azu maybe you need the omega 3 and essential oils? Salmon is loaded with them, you can feel is when you're preparing it

    @yoshiko ok, how about " tomorrow morning, while his wife is out of the house, he will come over and get the salmon from me and take it home, where he will pretend he made it and later present to his wife", does thY help?

    @Andrew H Wow, sounds so delicious. I love salmon. I suppose maple syrup will probably help to make taste mellow. I should definitely try it if I can visit Canada again😋

    Maple bbq salmon sounds sooo yumm. It is a shame I don’t know where to get a real maple syrup made in Canada around here :(

    @あんな maple syrup, garlic, mesquite BBQ sauce, spices, lemon. Leave 24 hours to saturate the salmon, grill lightly

    I've never heard of a maple salmon. Looks like you put salmon into maple for a while before grilling. Does it taste sweet? Common style of cooking in Canada🤔
