“Wear your heart on your sleeve”

If someone

you know is very open with their emotions, they “wear their heart on their sleeve.” Perhaps in your culture, in most settings people are reserved and hide their emotions. And yet there is always one person that you know who never holds back. You always know when they are happy or upset because they express it to the world.

“Depparin from Ainori, Asian Journey, had many arguments and fights with people on the show, including the producer and camera crew. She would be especially emotional when she was drinking. She was always brutal with her honesty, and wore her heart on her sleeve.”
