    @Megu for most of the time I still had to travel to work. It's only in the last week I've done it from home

    @Megu absolutely but at the moment we're in lockdown again for the last 3 weeks so I've been buying equipment for home

    @Megu it changes a lot due to lockdown by the state government. Lately I've been doing full body exercise plus cardio for 45 minutes being a mixture of boxing, skipping and running
