I love working out but sometimes I’m tired, sore and not motivated. When I have days like these I just change into my gym clothes and get my butt to the gym, one hour a day is only 4% of your day.
Do any of you have things you do to stay motivated?

    I do work out three times a week too. I also have days that i feel not productive. But once you go to gym that make you feel good right :) i sometimes use pictures of models with good shapes that i want to be haha Good day! ;)

    If you don't feel motivated to do excecise, you can do something like aerobics or dancing I think.coz it's fun. And doing exercise is quite boring!! 😒😒😒

    Swimming! I go swimming every day and swimming makes my boring daily life refresh.
