on the weekend I made a Banana Cake. 🍌🍌

It was fairly simply

to make but the middle of the cake needed to be cooked a little longer 🤣

The icing was a simple lemon 🍋icing. mixture that I made. My work colleague have me them from her tree and was actually the inspiration for baking 👨‍🍳💓🍋🍌🎂

    @Mari the recipe was 2-3 but I doubled the mixture so ended up using 6🤭🤭

    @のぶこ the recipe was 2-3 but I doubled the mixture so ended up using 6🤭🤭 it wasn't too bad. But it was not cooked properly in the centre. Two tins wouldve been better.
