더 = more
라면은 매워요 → 라면은 더

매워요 (ramen is spicier)
이 방은 좁아요 → 이 방은 더 좁아요 (this room is smaller)
한식은 맛있어요 → 한식은 더 맛있어요 (korean food is more delicious)
보다 = comparison
선생님들은 더 똑똑해요 → 선생님들은 학생들보다 더 똑똑해요 (teachers are smarter than students)
오늘은 더 더워요 → 오늘은 어제보다 더 더워요 (today is hotter than yesterday)
