Hello everyone!

I have another piece of English slang for you

today! The slang phrase is “A-Game” meaning the best performance someone has to offer often in relation to a competition.

For example:
Max: John you better bring your A-game to the basketball game tonight, because we will need you if we are going to win!

In this example Max asks John to bring his best performance to the game tonight so they will win.

I hope you found this helpful!

Thanks guys!

I wanna be your end game, I wanna be your first string, I wanna be your A-Team (woah, woah, woah) by the song of Taylor Swift . What does the A-team means?
