2. Say:
How are you?
What are you doing?
What's up?

3. Look for things in common and ask a question about it:
I see you like pizza, me too. What is your favourite pizza?

    So, assume that if a native English speaker just say "hi" to me, it means that he/she just greet me, but not want to have a conversation with me, I can just say "hi" to him/her but no need to start a conversation, is that right?😂😂
