    @samuel Usually here in the Philippines we have the Anti-Bullying Law Depending on the Case can go up to Court as well. And can lead to Jail time or Rehab to the Person who Bullies and the Victim as well Philippine Republic Act 10627 or known as Anti-Bullying act of 2013 The Japanese Schools must know this. I got bullied several times in my Intermediate to Junior Highschool days but this Law Saved me a lot.

    It's weird how messed up japanese bullying is like in the usa or at least florida that crime is punishable by up to 10-15 years in prison and they have to be put on the sex offender registry
