Rain, snow, sun, fog, heat, cold (as long as neither is extreme) whatever the weather is, I love exercising outside. Embracing all the elements of Earth is key to connecting more with the planet and the universe. Exercise is more than just the physical, the mental and spiritual is just as vital, maybe more so.
Anyway, I know I'm not everyone and not everyone is me. Not everyone will workout as intensely as me or neither will I be as intense as others. And that's perfectly okay. The key is simply being active, MOVING and getting your body to pump blood, raise your heart rate a little and having at least a decent diet. You don't have to be super strict. Everyone's goal is different but the goal is always MOVEMENT.
Also, it always helps when you have a friendly squirrel cheerleader who roots you on 🐿️.
