My husband is hoping the tomatoes will ripen, but highly unlikely

since it’s been chilly here. We needed to remove the tomatoes from the ground and the stems because our dog was eating too many of them and then vomiting...poor thing, never learns his
lesson. 💩
Hmm....what should we do with the green tomatoes?🍏🤔

Add soy sauce, sugar, water, vinegar, and hot peppers and make pickled 'jangachi'. Like a pickle. You can eat it like a pickle after it's matured, and you can mix it with red pepper paste.
