Listening practice!
Most English learners spend too much time reading... and too little time listening.

Are you one of them?

If you don't live in an English-speaking country - and you don't have opportunities to use English every day - then it's especially important to practice listening as often as possible.
When you practice listening, don't make this common mistake...

This is the WRONG way to practice:
1. Listen once
2. Not be able to understand everything
3. Get frustrated, stop practicing, and give up
Stopping after the first try is the WORST thing you could do... it prevents you from making any progress!
Please don't let frustration and negative thoughts make you stop trying.

Remember - when you're learning a language, it's completely normal NOT to understand everything on the first listen.

But if you listen multiple times to the same audio, you will start to understand more and more.
It's a process of "training your ears" to better comprehend spoken English.
So, listen, write, listen, write, etc....
DO NOT GIVE UP!

Like I am reading this article, I am reading it. I am watching it while I am talking, and then I am listening. Actually, I am listening to it, but there is a premise. I will read every word of mine. I also read it correctly. I also know what it means. It makes sense. Of course, the premise is to train your ears first.
