These past two days have been fairly uneventful for me. Thereare now 326 cases of COVID-19 in Auckland so lots of people are very cautious. I’ve been trying to do as little as possible and only been at home and out for short walks and then back home to eat food😂. For lunch yesterday I had a New Zealand classic steak and cheese pie with some very nice habanero hot sauce made by Culleys. For dessert that day I also had an apple turnover with vanilla ice cream. It had a very warm and fresh taste even though it had been sitting in the fridge for a day. The today I had some of my favorite chips which are chicken and salt and vinegar. I was bored today so I decided to give my dog their own photo shoot so I can show my friends how cute it is😂. Today was also a great day because it was my final COVID-19 test I took a photo of the motorway when I was on the way to get tested and as you can see it’s pretty much empty compared to the thousands of cars that normally travel along it everyday. The COVID testing station I went to is very small and you are required to social distance while you wait your turn. Thankfully my test came quickly compared to the 30-40 other people who were in waiting. When I got home I had some porchini mushroom ravioli. It was premade and took four minutes to make. Maybe one day I will make it again one day for somebody and pretend that I made it all from scratch 😂. For dinner that night I had a nice pasta dish. I found out about it through YouTube when I looked up cheap pasta collage student meals and it tasted great. I used a translator to speak Japanese so tell me if I’ve said anything incorrectly.
