Steak and wasabi is delicious! Some of you know how I love curry

udon and curry rice with wasabi. I even eat ramen with wasabi too. Now, I can add steak with wasabi to that list! It's meccha oishii! 👍👍

    @めだまやき It's so delicious, right? 😀 It tastes just like horseradish in the US, which some people like to eat with their steaks.

    @Joe yes, I think so too! In Japan we can get wasabi easier than horseradish so that I often use wasabi for steak 😁

    @春夫と奥 Yes, I like the freshly grated wasabi too. I've had it at a wasabi farm in Nagano once and at a Japanese restaurant.

    @めだまやき I had no idea about eating wasabi with steak until tonight. I never saw wasabi at any of the steak restaurants I ate at. (Maybe cause i only ate steak at Bronco Billy and family restaurants. 😂) I'm going to eat it that way from now on in Japan.

    @春夫と奥 No, I've never had it made nor served that way to me before. I know that shark skin is rough like sandpaper. That sounds cool!

    @春夫と奥 Ah, do you mean grated using a oroshigane? A wooden board with shark skin? Yes, I had it grated that way for me before, at an expensive sushi restaurant in Shizuoka. For some reason, I thought you meant just using shark skin, like a sheet of sandpaper or a brillo pad. 😣😂

    Joe さんは、ゆずごしょうって知ってますか? Do you know “Yuzu Gosyo ” It’s one of the spices. You might like it. It goes well with meet, soup, ramen, anything! You should try!😉

    @himawari Ah, they had yuzu goshyo there too, but I decided to try wasabi instead. I have tried yuzu goshyo before and it is quite delicious! 👍

    @mapa1 Yeah, in one of my previous moments (10/25), I had some photos and posted about ramen with wasabi or yellow mustard and shoyu.
