Today I donated my blood in Nottingham. Its a

great thing to do to help save lives of cancer patients and people who have lost a lot of blood in operations.

After I was finished I got free biscuits and juice 👌🏻

Does your country have a similar scheme where healthy people can donate blood?

That's amazing, my country let people donate after 18, it is a handy help for people who need blood.

Así es...en mi país también existen programas par ayudar donando sangre aunque en muchos casos no es suficiente el número de donadores pero es muy bueno apoyar en lo posible.

That's so amazing, really, it's very cool that you help people, my county haves a similar system, you can go and donate blood then they give you a little breakfast to help you to be strong
