During lockdown I was doing really well with fitness, however

I have one problem- I tend to get insomnia and therefore end up late night eating. If I don't it becomes impossible for me to sleep. Anyone else has this problem or has healthy alternatives for late night snacking? 👀🤔🌃

    I have my days and nights mixed up😅 I use a meditation app. It helps me sleep and take a deep breath🍃

    Dry fruits, that's a good idea! However I've heard so many mixed reviews about eating banana later in the day/night.. 😶

    Hey instead of eating snacks, you can try something healthy like dry fruits and fruits. For eg. Banana can help you to get good sleep.
