For breakfast this morning I made a traditional western style

bacon, egg and cheese sandwich.

In my own way I spiced the eggs to give them flavor, used maple bacon (omg the smell) and added two different types of cheese using Cheddar and Swiss.

The bread is a ancient style multigrain and toasts well.

    @junko bacon can be fried on any pan, it has a lot of salt in it, non-stick is the best. I use an oven once in a while and have a special pan for that
