今日私のお父さんと私はここで私の街に新しいタコスポットを試すことにしました。
I got 3
tacos de asada ( beef steak tacos) with red and green salsa. My dad got 4 tacos de Quesabirria (beef stew tacos with cheese) His tacos come with a side of “consomé” which is the juice where the meat is slow cooked in for over 2 hours! The juice gets extra flavor with onion, cilantro and lemon juice!
*fun fact- Birria is a Mexican dish from the state of Jalisco, where my entire family is from!
