    When I was a child I was afraid of the dark, I had to on the lights while sleeping In case if the light was gone I wasn't able to sleep and also feel suffocating I ended up awake. Now I became an adult till the lights are off I won't be able to sleep. if I want to have a better sleep I need dark.
