It's where I graduated but ICU in Tokyo I think is a good one. It's a liberal arts college and you get choose from 32 majors after you enter (this is uncommon in Japan). There are many courses opened with English and actually more then half of my credit was from those. For requirements, plz check the official website☺️

Japan-APU Diversity as biggest strait and not that hard to get in. But not really a place for serious study and not much future unless planning to get job in Japan or go to graduates
