water in the summer heat. ☀️

I have some August memories to share today. These photos are from a day at the creek with some roses in bloom and lots of action on the water. The last two photos are from another day by the lake when I visited and stayed to watch the sunset.

I still have more August snapshots to go through. I better do that quickly, as things are changing here fast and the fall colors will be peaking in a matter of days. A cold front on Monday will bring temperatures down to just 3°C overnight.

I am planning on using this weekend and the forecasted nice weather to venture out, stretch my legs and hopefully capture some of the fall glory. Over here it is Octoberfest time, a German tradition that has established itself in the United States as well, so hopefully I can also enjoy a good beer. 🍺
