시장 둘러보러간다->장보러간다. so 장보러간다 mean shopping to buy groceries.

It literally matches the word '식료품'. But i think we don't use this word too much. Just.... 나 내일 장 보러 가야 해. Or 저는 내일 음식을 사러 갑니다.
