In the South (term for south east portion of USA Also known as“below the mason dixie line”) we boil our crawfish in spicy seasonings along with garlic, potatoes, corn and lemons. A gathering with friends will be called a crawfish boil where we cook 14 kg or more of crawfish, lay it on a table and everyone gathers around and eats it together. One of my favorite traditions! We had a small one today with just me and my friend and it was very good! What is your favorite tradition?
